RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on the Night Shift to ensure provision of high-quality patient care
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient conditions and provide guidance to nursing staff as needed
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and report patient progress to the Nurse Manager and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other departments, including therapy, social work, and dietary, to ensure a seamless patient care experience
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide support to the Night Shift team as needed
- Provide education and guidance to staff on current clinical practices and standards
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies and procedures
