- Sign-on bonus $3,500.00 (CNA)
- Sign-on bonus $5,000 (LPN)
- Sign-on bonus $5,000 (RN)
Baylor Program (work every weekend):
Work 16 hours Saturday and 16 hours Sunday = 32 worked hours, and get paid for 40 hours!!!
Time off accrued will be based on hours worked
Prorated insurance benefits
To be eligible for Baylor benefit (i.e., bonus hours), you must work all required hours during that pay period. If you do not work all required hours during your pay period, you will only be paid hours worked.

- Participate in weekend shifts, including days, evenings, and nights
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care and customer service
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in long-term care
- Current RN, LPN, or CNA license in the state of New York
- Prior experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
