What You’ll Be Doing
- Evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care (SNF/LTC) setting
- Create individualized treatment plans that actually make a difference
- Collaborate with a team that supports each other (yes, really)
- Document your clinical brilliance using Net Health and PCC
- Encourage, motivate, and celebrate wins—big and small
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
- SNF/LTC experience preferred, but confidence and a strong work ethic go a long way
- Familiarity with Net Health and PCC
- Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to roll with the occasional curveball
- Flexibility to work when it fits your schedule
- Supportive team environment (no “figure it out yourself” energy here)
- Meaningful work without the full-time burnout
