Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and basic nursing procedures
- Monitor and record vital signs, report changes to medical professionals, and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare teams
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Empower residents to maintain their independence, dignity, and autonomy
- Participate in mealtime assistance, vital sign checks, and other daily routines
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida
- Prior experience preferred, (new graduates welcomed!)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
