What You'll Do
As our Director of Rehabilitation, you'll play an essential role in leading a collaborative therapy team while ensuring our residents receive exceptional rehabilitative care.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of rehabilitation professionals.
- Oversee daily operations of the in-house therapy department.
- Coordinate therapy schedules, staffing, and clinical coverage.
- Promote high-quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.
- Monitor clinical outcomes, productivity, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with nursing, administration, and interdisciplinary team members to support resident progress.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of therapy staff.
- Licensed PT, OT, PTA, or COTA in Pennsylvania.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting.
- Prior management, supervisory, or rehabilitation leadership experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation operations, documentation requirements, and regulatory standards.
- A positive, hands-on leadership style with a commitment to supporting both staff and residents.
