Dialysis RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to dialysis patients, including administering medications, monitoring patient condition, and developing individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and rehabilitation services
- Conduct patient assessments, identify patient needs, and develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures, medications, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Current RN license in the state of New York
- Prior experience in dialysis nursing
- Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possession of a valid CPR certification
