As a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing vital signs and observing residents' conditions
- Assisting with mobility and transferring residents
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and supervision with daily living skills
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and observations
