What are the responsibilities and job description for the CERT ONCOLOGY ABSTRACTOR position at Premier Health?
The Certified Oncology Abstractor collects and maintains complete and accurate data for all cancer patients diagnosed and/or treated at Miami Valley Hospital. Other responsibilities include quality control, assistance with data submissions, cancer conferences and regulatory surveys.
Education: High school graduate required. Associates Degree preferred
Licensure: N/A
Certification: Certified Tumor Registrar as credentialed by the National Cancer Registrars Association
required.
