General Summary/Responsibilities:
The Trauma Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Manager provides clinical and administrative leadership for the Trauma APP team across Premier Health’s trauma-affiliated facilities. This role includes direct clinical care, support for day-to-day operations, and collaboration with multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure excellence in trauma care delivery, quality, compliance, and provider development.
The APP Manager works in partnership with physician leadership, hospital administration, and implements service line objectives, standardizes workflows, and supports system-wide initiatives. This individual also maintains clinical practice within the trauma team, modeling high standards of care and professionalism.
Qualifications
Education
Minimum Level of Education Required: Master's degree

Licensure/Certification/Registration

- Current CPR and ACLS certification (ATLS preferred or required depending on institutional policy).
Experience
Minimum Level of Experience Required: 3 - 5 years of job related experience
Prior job title or occupational experience: Previous clinical leadership or management experience in an acute care setting preferred
Prior specific functional responsibilities: Demonstrated knowledge of trauma system regulations, quality programs (e.g., TQIP), and clinical operations
Preferred experience: Preferred working 5 years in an acute care setting with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an APP in clinical practice
