With a keen ability to analyze trends and metrics, the Strategic HRBP collaborates with leaders to create actionable plans that drive organizational success. They serve as culture champions, promote change management values, and uphold the principles of high-reliability operating systems while supporting leader standard work. Their focus includes workforce stabilization and retention through initiatives such as caregiver development, coaching, and talent optimization. Additionally, they enhance the caregiver experience, act as liaisons for new caregivers, and leverage HR analytics to guide decision making and improve outcomes.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration or related field
- Years of experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
- 5-7 years of HRBP or Generalist experience
- SHRM CP/SHRM SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
