The Support Administrative Officer-RN (A.O.) provides the identifiable managerial presence for all departments. The Support Administrative Officer-RN (A.O.) is responsible for proper allocation and utilization of hospital resources to promote continuity of care to our patients and support the medical staff, personnel, and visitors. The A.O. serves as the hospital’s administrative representative in crisis prevention and resolution with all customers and consumers.
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. Additional courses in management and human relations are desired.
Licensure: Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Ohio.
Certification: CPR required; ACLS required
Experience: A minimum of three years clinical experience and one year of management or demonstrated leadership ability is required.
Skills/Other: Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills are essential to this role.
