Job Summary: Human Resources Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Manager to support daily human resources operations and ensure efficient payroll processing. Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage payroll accurately and on schedule using Paychex
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Oversee disciplinary measures and terminations
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
- Administer employee benefits and assist with benefits enrollment and inquiries
- Track attendance, leaves, and employee performance records
- Prepare HR reports and assist with audits as needed
- Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of HR experience, with a focus on payroll processing
- Hands-on experience with Paychex or similar payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
