Job Summary
Premier Health Group is a physician-owned, multidisciplinary medical practice based in Clifton, NJ. We regularly hold community health screening events across the NJ and NY Metro area, and we are looking for a warm, organized, and energetic person to be the face of those events.
The Event Flow Coordinator is responsible for the participant experience from the moment someone arrives to the moment they leave. This role ensures every attendee feels cared for, informed, and guided smoothly through each station of the event, with no unnecessary delays or confusion. This is an active, people-facing, part-time role requiring travel within NJ and NY.
This role will also require hands-on physical setup and breakdown of event equipment.
Responsibilities
- Greets and checks in participants warmly upon arrival.
- Guides attendees through health screening stations in the correct sequence.
- Monitors event flow throughout the day to prevent bottlenecks and proactively manage wait times.
- Keeps lines, waiting areas, and stations calm, organized, and clearly directed.
- De-escalates anxiety, frustration, or confusion with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Answers participant questions about services, next steps, and the practice.
- Represents Premier Health Group professionally at all times — as a highly visible ambassador of the practice in the community.
- Travels to event locations across NJ and NY as scheduled.
- Helps load and unload the event van before and after each event.
- Helps unpack, organize, and set up all equipment, signage, supplies, and station materials.
- Helps break down, repack, and reload the van at the conclusion of each event.
- Works closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure event objectives are met.

Job Qualifications
1–2 years of related experience in customer service, events, healthcare coordination, or hospitality; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a calm and friendly demeanor, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage participant flow in fast-paced, public-facing settings.
