We are seeking a talented and patient-focused Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (or Physician Assistant) to join our elite medical aesthetics and regenerative wellness practice. This position is ideal for a skilled Injector with advanced experience in dermal fillers, neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, etc.), and regenerative aesthetic procedures. The right candidate is passionate about results-driven aesthetic medicine, anti-aging therapies, and whole-body wellness — someone who understands that exceptional outcomes blend science, artistry, and personalized care.
You will play a central role in delivering outstanding patient results through non-surgical cosmetic injections, regenerative treatments, and wellness-focused clinical protocols. The ideal provider is detail-oriented, proactive, and brings warmth, professionalism, and confidence to every consultation and treatment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic and wellness consultations to assess patient goals and develop customized treatment plans
- Serve as a primary Injector, performing advanced non-surgical cosmetic treatments:
- Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, etc.)
- Dermal fillers (cheeks, lips, chin, jawline, tear troughs, hands, and more)
- PRP/PRF, exosomes, and regenerative therapies
- Laser and energy-based procedures (as applicable)
- Perform safe, precise, and aesthetically balanced injection techniques with attention to facial anatomy and harmony
- Evaluate and interpret lab results (hormone panels, metabolic panels) as part of integrative wellness recommendations
- Educate patients on treatment options, pre/post-care, and long-term maintenance strategies
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation in EMR systems
- Collaborate closely with physicians, medical aestheticians, and the wellness team to ensure seamless, high-quality care
- Participate in continuing education and ongoing training in aesthetics and regenerative medicine
- Foster a welcoming, luxury-experience environment for patients
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted NP or PA license
- Previous aesthetic injector experience strongly preferred (neuromodulators and fillers required)
- Demonstrated skill, precision, and artistic judgment in facial assessment and injection techniques
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient education abilities
- Compassionate, professional, and deeply committed to exceptional patient experiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing medical team
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $50 – $70 per hour (based on experience)
