Job Overview:
New Mental Health Clinic is actively seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LSW, LMFT) and Counselors (LPC) to join our dynamic mental health teams. As a therapist, you will provide high-quality, client-centered therapy to individuals, couples, families, groups, and children (ages 6 ). You will address a variety of mental health challenges in a supportive and flexible environment.
This role offers a flexible schedule with opportunities to work both remotely and in-person.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments (including standardized tools) to evaluate and diagnose clients, develop and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation—including reassessments, treatment plan updates, and case notes—in accordance with company policy.
- Provide individual, group, IOP, and family-informed therapy.
- Deliver crisis intervention, short-term stabilization, and care coordination/case management.
- Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions based on client needs.
- Complete and finalize all documentation on the same day of service, per company standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all clinical and sensitive information.
- Practice in alignment with professional ethics, New Jersey requirements, and organizational policies.
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, trainings, and case conferences.
- Use EMR systems and office technology effectively and responsibly.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid and current license in New Jersey (LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT).
- Master’s Degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
- At least one year of experience delivering psychotherapy and mental health services.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual skills (Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic and Other) are a plus.
- Experience working with pediatric mental health and special education considerations is a bonus.
