An AI-tech start up based in San Francisco is actively hiring for an Operations Manager / Chief of Staff to join the team, working onsite from their HQ.

This is going to be a high-level role, they’re requiring someone who can be the backbone to the C-Suite,you will oversee day-to-day operations, planning events, working directly with customers on proposals alongside many other things.

This role will suit someone who comes from a previous high-pressure environment and wants to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Working very closely with the CEO, being able to prioritise activities.
• Able to forecast project delivery timelines and able to liaise with end customers.
• Able to travel to conferences when required.

Skills:

• Able to prioritize and work on tasks independently.
• Previous experience working in a high-stress environment.
• Customer facing with great communication skills.
