This role is open for both Senior, Principal & Lead Embedded Software Engineers.
Salary on offer and hybrid working:
The annual base salary on offer for the successful Embedded Software Engineer is $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on skillset and experience. Hybrid working of 3 days in the office and rest WFH is avaibale.
Summary of the Embedded Software Engineering Role:
The Embedded Software Engineer will join a talented multidisciplined engineering team and will be responsible to architect, design and develop Firmware/Software resolutions that are combined into high cutting-edge technologies.
Principal Embedded Software Engineer Key Skills:
- 5-10 years industry experience
- Embedded Software Programming in C
- Experience of low-level firmware & bare metal development
- Experience working on Medical devices
- Experience of microcontrollers – STM32, Microchip PIC, ARM Microcontrollers
- RTOS - FreeRTOS, QNX, VxWorks, ThreadX, Zephyr or similar
- Network interfaces - SPI, I2C, USB, UART, RS232/485
- IDE’s – Eclipse, Keil µVision, Visual Studio, MPLAB X
- Ability to use lab equipment – Multimeters, logic analysers, oscilloscopes etc
- Version Control Systems – GIT, JIRA, SVN
- Medical device compliance & standards (IEC 62304, ISO 14971, FDA QSR)
- Industry experience - Medical, Pharmaceutical
