The Role
As a Residential Security Officer, you will provide a professional security presence at private residences while protecting clients, controlling access, and responding to security concerns.
What you bring:Required:
CA BSIS Guard Card (current)
Exposed Firearm Permit (current)Valid California driver's license
At least one year of residential or close protection security experience
Preferred
Military or law enforcement background a plus
CCW permit
CPR and AED certification (current)

- Maintain a professional security presence throughout your shift.
- Monitor and control access to the property.
- Observe and report unusual activity.
- Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports.
- Coordinate with household staff and PGI supervisors.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and security incidents.
- Represent PGI professionally at all times
