Position: Solid Surface (Quartz, Granite) Countertop Installer

Reports To: Lead Installer

Job Overview: As a Countertop Installer at Premier Granite & Stone, you’ll play an important role in bringing our customers’ spaces to life. You will install granite and quartz countertops at job sites while providing excellent customer service. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in doing things right, and want to be part of a team that values quality and respect, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do

• Show up on time and ready to work each day
• Safely load and prepare countertops before heading to the job site
• Set up the workspace and clean up after the job is complete
• Use your skills and tools to install countertops with care and accuracy
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with your team, homeowners, and contractors
• Help solve problems on-site and find the best solution
• Work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who is dependable and takes pride in their work
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (granite and quartz slabs)
• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willing to learn and grow with the team
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• A strong work ethic and a team mindset
• Training will be provided to support safe lifting and proper installation techniques
