Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs at a food and beverage manufacturing operation in Arkansas City, Kansas.
The EHS Manager will oversee workplace safety, environmental compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with plant leadership and employees to maintain a safe, compliant, and productive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site-wide Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable OSHA, EPA, and environmental health and safety requirements.
- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, training, and improvement programs.
- Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor safety performance, compliance metrics, and EHS improvement initiatives.
- Partner with manufacturing leadership to strengthen safety culture and employee engagement.
- Maintain accurate EHS records, documentation, and regulatory reporting.
- Support emergency preparedness and workplace safety programs.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, environmental compliance, and risk reduction.
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent relevant experience.
- EHS experience within a food and beverage manufacturing or similar manufacturing environment.
- Relevant EHS, Environmental Health & Safety, or Occupational Safety certifications.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety, environmental compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
