Patient Care Coordinator/ Medical Receptionist
At Premier Foot & Ankle Specialists, we strive to provide a high value patient experience in a safe and efficient manner. Our patient care coordinator works in conjunction with the entire team to help ensure a smooth, pleasant experience for all of our patients.
The ideal candidate for our patient care coordinator position is friendly, upbeat, patient, and professional. We work in a fast paced, high volume healthcare environment and are looking for individuals who enjoy a casual, fun, high functioning environment where they can expand their knowledge of healthcare while providing the highest level of customer service.
This is a hands on position answering a high volume of calls, making appointments, answering questions, verifying insurance, checking patients in/ out, handling payments, and other administrative tasks.
Our Patient Care Coordinator works variable set hours Monday through Friday 730am-5pm and should have reliable transportation. GREAT WORK LIFE BALANCE!
This is a part-time position available with the opportunity for advancement.
Hours are dictated by doctors schedule.
