Premier Food Service is seeking an energetic and dependable Route Relief Driver for our Coffee, Vending and Micro Market operations. We are committed to your success. You'll receive 2-4 months of training with our most experienced team members, where you will learn several routes. Starting pay is $21.50/hr. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday with a start time of 4:00 AM daily. Occasional weekend work is required.
The ideal candidate for this position enjoys a fast pace, getting an early start on the day and working independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain stock of products for maintaining markets and coffee and vending machines.
- Unload product from vehicle for delivery at the assigned locations along the route.
- Take inventory through handheld data device or manual report.
- Perform visual inspection of products to ensure quality and proper placement.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Unload vehicle at end of route and securely manage the transfer of funds collected.
- Performs daily inspection and documentation of the assigned vehicle.
- Responds to service calls for routine machine repairs.
- Communicates with customers on the status of repairs.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on machines.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record for the past five years.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check as it pertains to the job.
- Ability to work in a physically challenging environment and lift/push/pull 165 pounds.
- Must have a mechanical/technical aptitude.
- Ability to operate a two or four wheeled hand-truck.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, responsible for route, work unsupervised.
- Be able to work 8–12-hour shifts.
- Be available for occasional weekend work
