Premier Food Service is seeking an energetic and dependable Route Driver Trainee for our Vending/Micro Market operations. We are committed to your success. You'll receive 2-4 months of training with our most experienced team members. Starting out you will receive $20.50/hr. Once you are assigned to a route, generally 2-4 months, pay ranges from $45K-$75K per year depending upon your territory. Your start time will be 4:00 AM daily.
The ideal candidate for this position enjoys a fast pace, getting an early start on the day and working independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain stock of products for maintaining vending machines and markets
- Performs daily inspection and documentation of the assigned vehicle.
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Unload product from vehicle for delivery at the assigned locations along the route.
- Take inventory through handheld data device or manual report.
- Perform visual inspection of products to ensure quality and proper placement.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Unload vehicle at end of route and securely manage the transfer of funds collected.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record for the past five years.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check as it pertains to the job.
- Ability to work in a physically challenging environment and lift/push/pull 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate a two or four wheeled hand-truck.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, responsible for route, work unsupervised.
- Be able to work 8-12 hour shifts.
