We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Division Manager to lead our sales division towards achieving ambitious growth targets and expanding our market presence. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies across various channels, foster strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth through innovative business development initiatives. Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and grow our sales divison, this will be done by directly talking to potential clients in the transportation industry and arranging the regular cleaning of their fleet.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives, leveraging insights from sales analytics and reporting tools to inform decision-making.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and account management practices.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, managing key accounts, and expanding existing client portfolios.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product teams, and technical sales engineers to tailor solutions that meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee deal closing processes by leading negotiations, ensuring favorable terms, and managing complex sales cycles within a corporate or SaaS (Software as a Service) environment.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
Experience
- Proven success in developing a sales strategy and talking with customers face to face
- Extensive experience in outside sales, B2B sales, technology or SaaS product categories, with a strong track record of closing deals at the executive level.
- Strong management background with expertise in business development management, account management, and team leadership.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and other sales management systems for analytics & reporting purposes.
- Technical sales experience with an emphasis on customer relationship building, negotiation skills, and delivering tailored solutions to complex client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans for business growth while fostering cross-functional collaboration among marketing, technical teams, and senior leadership.
- Excellent analysis skills for interpreting data from sales analytics tools to optimize strategies and improve performance metrics.
- Experience working within a fast-paced enterprise or corporate environment with a focus on customer service excellence.
