  • Complete data entry and system setup for new loans, renewals, loan servicing requests, and other loan actions.
  • Assist with the preparation of loan narratives, credit approval requests, and other required loan-origination data.

Data Quality & Ongoing Maintenance

  • Maintain accurate borrower and loan information throughout the life of the lending relationship, including post-approval and post-closing updates.
  • Review system records and reports to identify and correct incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent information.
  • Maintain and update borrower, financial, collateral, and loan records to ensure information is accurate, complete, and consistent across lending systems.
  • Assist with ongoing portfolio and database maintenance, including system cleanup, reconciliations, and resolution of recurring data issues or process gaps.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist with reporting, data reconciliation, system maintenance, and special projects supporting credit and lending operations.
  • Support process and system improvements that are designed to increase data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Provide backup support for credit and lending functions and complete other credit operations projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in banking, financial services, lending, administrative support, data entry, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, with the ability to identify inconsistencies, research discrepancies, and follow issues through resolution.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and effectively use software applications, databases, and other technology.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and follow established process through completion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, financial information, and detailed records while maintaining a high-level of confidentiality and professionalism.
