Schedule & Position Type
This is a permanent, full-time position with a fixed schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:15am–5:30pm.
Applicants must have open availability during these hours. We are unable to accommodate changing schedules for school, seasonal availability, second jobs, or other outside obligations.
Job Summary
The Medical Assistant plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care by supporting providers, assisting with clinical procedures, and ensuring efficient clinic operations. This position requires a dependable, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and is committed to maintaining a consistent, full-time schedule. The Medical Assistant is expected to uphold patient confidentiality, provide compassionate care, and contribute to a positive experience for both patients and staff.

Job Description
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure a positive patient flow and experience in the waiting room and exam rooms
- Verify patient information by interviewing patients, recording medical history, and confirming reason for visit
- Prepare patients for examination by performing preliminary clinical tasks such as vital signs and patient intake
- Assist providers with procedures to improve efficiency and patient care
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain exam rooms, equipment, and work areas
- Monitor supplies and report low stock or equipment issues
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, including diagnostic and procedure coding
- Follow all safety, privacy, and regulatory standards
- Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager
Job Requirements
- Medical Assistant experience (preferred)
- CNA, EMT, or Phlebotomy experience considered
