We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations for all three Premier Family Care locations—Guntersville, Arab, and Blountsville. This role is responsible for employee relations, hiring and onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy development. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, and passionate about supporting a positive workplace culture in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Serve as a resource for employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws and healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate payroll changes, benefits enrollment, and leave management with external providers.
- Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and system records accurately and confidentially.
- Support leadership in policy creation, handbook updates, and disciplinary procedures.
- Oversee training, evaluations, and continuing education recordkeeping.
- Travel occasionally between locations (Guntersville, Arab, and Blountsville) to support local teams.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
