Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction activities from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all activities are sequenced and coordinated
- Coordinate and communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Ensure the safety of all workers on the job site, providing a safe work environment at all times
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.
- Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors, ensuring that all work is completed to the required standard
- Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and that projects are delivered within budget.
- Provide regular progress reports to owners and other stakeholders
- Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, building effective working relationships with all members of the project team. Some occasional travel may be required
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in construction management or a related field
- Experience in Exterior Cladding strongly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary and Benefits:
- Full-time $65,000 - $75,000 Depending on Experience
