Job Summary
The Video Gaming Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gaming area. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure a positive guest experience while maintaining compliance with liquor and gaming regulations. The Gaming Manager will supervise staff, manage customer service interactions, and handle conflict resolution effectively.
Duties
- Supervise and lead gaming staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Make drinks and serve beer, soft drinks and cocktails to our guests.
- Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing customer inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage cash handling processes, including overseeing transactions and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer service, conflict management, and gaming operations.
- Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Proven management experience in video gaming, a casino or similar environment is preferred.
Requirements
- Basic bartending skills and understanding.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and motivate staff.
- Solid understanding of customer service principles.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction verification are essential.
