Required Qualifications
- Experience developing/managing policy for DAF/DoW in forensics, cybersecurity, or cyber threat analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
- Proven experience communicating effectively across all organizational levels in written and oral forums.
- Comprehensive knowledge of policies impacting cybersecurity, forensics, cyber training, and system development.
- Familiarity with National Cyber Intelligence programs.
- Knowledge of DoW and U.S. Intelligence Community resource planning policy.
- Experience supporting cyber operations, intelligence, digital forensics, and enterprise governance initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis of complex policy issues.
- Evaluate existing policies and programs for effectiveness.
- Identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Manage policy projects, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
- Develop policy recommendations and executive decision-support products.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and consensus-building activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials.
- Represent DC3 in meetings, forums, and working groups.
- Maintain policy documentation and records.
- Support enterprise policy development and performance measurement activities.
