To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a bachelor’s degree and experience in teaching music at either the adult or child level.

- Thursday 8:30am - 11:30am

- Design and implement music lessons that are developmentally appropriate and engaging for young children, using a variety of instruments, songs, and movement activities.
- Introduce students to fundamental music concepts such as rhythm, melody, and tempo in a fun and age-appropriate way.
- Foster a joyful and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, self-expression, and participation.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and administrative staff to integrate music into the Montessori curriculum.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding student participation and progress.
- Set up and maintain all classroom musical instruments and materials in an organized and safe manner.
- Physical ability to work with small children, including sitting, standing, walking, and singing for extended periods.
