Little Hands Daycare is a licensed childcare center seeking anenergicEducationSpecialist! This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energeticeducation expertwho is passionate about early childhood education.

To beQUALIFIEDfor this position, werequire an associate in early childhood education OR at least 21 early childhood education credit hours completion of a business administration courseandpreviousexperience working in a licensed childcare facilityas a Lead Teacher.

Required Shift:Monday - Friday,Full-time

Compensation:$19/hour,based on education and experience

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Program development and Teacher interaction development
• Review classroom interactions, behaviors, routines toidentifydevelopment needs andprovidesupport per CD.
• Identifytraining/resource needs in areas of program, sanitation, regulatory compliance with CD andprovidehands on support where needed orrequested.
• Assist CD with special projects and classroomenvironments
• Lesson Planning and Program development
• Incorporate developmentalobjectivesinto LP’s and oversee modification requests of staff.
• Integrate activities and developmental goals into Tadpole system and Daily Reports.
• Classroom Observations and Maintenance
• Conduct classroom observations as needed or requested by CD using current monthly observation forms.
• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
