Manage all licensing requirements diligently, ensuring compliance in classrooms and school files.

Conduct tours and engage with families warmly.
Clear a background check.
Familiarity with AR Licensing
Conduct regular, timely reviews and classroom observations.
Master the art of multitasking and time management.

A director shall have attained one of the following qualification levels:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 1 year of experience with children.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 2 years of experience with children.
- An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 3 years of experience with children.
- An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 4 years of experience with children.
