3 R's Preschool in Brooklyn Park is a licensed childcare center seeking a Lead Teacher/Center Support person! This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic leader in training who is passionate about early childhood education.

To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma/GED and 2 years of childcare experience working in a licensed facility. Admin experience preferred.

Required Shift: Monday - Friday, 3pm-6:30pm

Compensation: $16-$18/hour, based on education and experience

Main Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Director and Assistant Director with all office duties.
• Establish professional and supportive relationships with parents and employees connected to the operation of the center.
• Provide classroom support on a daily basis, covering breaks and call-offs to maintain ratio.
• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
