Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and behind-the-wheel driver training sessions for new and experienced drivers.
• Teach defensive driving techniques, road safety rules, and proper vehicle operation.
• Provide constructive feedback and evaluation to students to improve their driving skills.
• Ensure adherence to state laws and company policies during all training sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and or GED
• Experience in training or education, preferably in a driver education setting
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws, defensive driving techniques, and safe driving practices.
• Patience and ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
