As an Entry Level Sales Associate , you’ll go beyond basic support. You’ll proactively reach out to customers, identify their needs, and tailor solutions that fit their lifestyle or business. Whether it’s helping a family upgrade their internet or assisting a small business with bundled services, the Entry Level Sales Associate will be the expert they rely on.
Core Functions of the Entry Level Sales Associate
- Positively engage with new and existing customers, create informative presentations and answer questions and inquiries efficiently.
- Manage customer engagement records across platforms, ensuring accurate documentation of activity, service preferences, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging, troubleshoot campaign issues, and recommend improvements that enhance Verizon’s overall customer experience.
- Support outreach initiatives by compiling data, scheduling follow‑ups, and assisting with logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current on Verizon’s offerings, promotions, and engagement strategies while building operational expertise.
Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Sales Associate
