Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles
- Detail the interior of vehicles, vacuuming carpets, cleaning upholstery, and wiping down surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area and adhere to custodial standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with detailing tools and techniques, including buffing equipment and car wash systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license is required to operate customer vehicles safely.
