Duties
- Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and polishing to achieve a high-quality finish
- Execute wash procedures efficiently while maintaining safety standards and using appropriate equipment
- Apply buffing techniques to remove scratches and imperfections, restoring vehicle paintwork to a smooth, glossy finish
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring their vehicle meets expectations
- Assist with light maintenance tasks such as checking materials as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in car detailing, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and operating cleaning equipment safely
- Basic knowledge of car wash techniques, buffing tools, and cleaning supplies; familiarity with window tinting is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for occasional vehicle movement
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in every vehicle serviced
- Reliable work ethic with the ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently in a team setting
