What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hardwood Flooring Installer / Experienced Crew position at Premier Custom Flooring?
We are looking for experienced hardwood flooring professionals and established 2–3 person crews skilled in installation, sanding, refinishing, staining, and finishing.
We have opportunities available for both employees and subcontractors and are looking for experienced professionals who take pride in their work and are interested in consistent opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:
Candidates should have professional experience in the following:
- Hardwood flooring installation
- Sanding and refinishing hardwood floors
- Staining and finishing
- Floor preparation
- Repairs and existing floor restoration
- Maintaining a clean and professional jobsite
- Producing high-quality finished work
We are especially interested in established 2–3 person crews with hardwood flooring experience, but experienced individual installers, sanders, and finishers are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience, skill level, and work arrangement.
Compensation may be:
- Hourly
