Marine Detailing Technician
$22-$28/hr DOE; Full time Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm Snohomish WA
Premier Custom Ceramic Coating is a premium marine detailing and restoration shop based near Snohomish, WA. We specialize in surface prep, buffing, polishing, and ceramic coating on boats — including new boats headed to their owners and boats that need serious restoration work.
What you'll be doing:
· Washing and prepping boat surfaces
· Oxidation removal on fiberglass and gelcoat
· Buffing and polishing to restore gloss before coating
· Alcohol wipe-down and surface prep immediately before ceramic application
· Ceramic coating application
· Working primarily in our covered, heated shop — with occasional off-site work
What we're looking for:
· Hands-on experience with rotary or dual-action polishers — required
· Ability to work independently and stay on task without constant direction
· Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
· Attention to detail that shows in the finished product
