Des Moines Metro Locations | M-F 8 am – 5 pm | every other Saturday 9am – 12 pm
Be the face of Premier Credit Union! We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Member Service Representative to deliver a welcoming and efficient experience for every member who walks through our doors. This is a great entry-level opportunity to start a career in financial services - no banking experience required. We will train the right person.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Process routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail
- Greet members and respond to questions or concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and follow established procedures for balancing, security, and compliance
- Educate members and promote credit union products and services. Refer members to the right team members or services when additional support is needed
- Support daily branch operations and contribute to a smooth workflow
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service and a positive, respectful team environment
- Participate in training and development opportunities to grow your skills and career
- Pitch in on other operational tasks as needed
- Communicating with members using service channels including phones, live teller machines, email, text, and secure messaging.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Tact and composure when working with customers
- Willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment
- Comfortable educating members and promoting products and services
- Comfortable using computers
- Previous customer service or cash-handling experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
