What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Remediation & Restoration Technician position at Premier Construction Management Group?

We are growing and looking for Certified Remediation Technicians.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Must be a IICRC certified or have the knowledge to test to obtain certification.
- Must have trade experience and knowledge in drywall, paint, and preferably minor carpentry
- Previous experience in residential water loss.
- Understanding and following proper protocol for water, mold and fire repairs.
- Knowledge of proper moisture mapping and documentation.
- Experience in equipment setting, usage, monitoring and inventory is required.
- Previous experience in setting containments, demo, sample tagging, prep and cleaning for air testing.
- Must have clean diving record, with the ability to drive company vehicles.
- Reliable and dependable for daily work assignments.
- Required to work on call and after hours as part of the EMS team.
- Must have common tools to perform daily assignments.
- Customer Service experience is required, must be able to discuss remediation concerns, and needed corrections with clients and management daily.
- Previous documentation, estimating and report writing a plus.
- Flooring repairs a plus. (carpet kick back, stretching, and pad installation)
- Previous other trade repair knowledge is a plus.
