Premier Construction & Consulting LLC is seeking a reliable and motivated Laborer/Carpenter to join our growing team. This hands-on role offers a dynamic opportunity to work in both general labor and skilled carpentry, supporting the Crew Foreman and team in delivering high-quality residential remodels and construction projects.
As a Laborer/Carpenter, you will assist in setting up and maintaining job sites, handling materials, and performing carpentry tasks with increasing levels of independence and responsibility. You’ll work closely with team members to keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, take initiative, and uphold our commitment to craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily job site setup, cleanup, and material staging
- Support carpenters with construction tasks including framing, trim, drywall, and finish work
- Work independently or in collaboration on small tasks as directed
- Load, unload, and transport materials to appropriate areas on site
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and trailers to ensure safety and readiness
- Log work and review daily tasks using Contractor Foreman software
- Follow all safety protocols and use proper PPE
- Inspect materials for damage and report any issues to the Crew Foreman
- Learn construction techniques and develop skills through on-the-job experience and mentorship
