We’re currently seeking a Crew Foreman who’s ready to take ownership of projects, lead with confidence, and ensure every job is completed safely, on time, and with excellence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As our next Crew Foreman, you’ll take the reins on residential job sites, overseeing day-to-day operations with a focus on safety, quality, and leadership. You’ll:
- Lead a team on-site, assigning daily goals and ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Communicate directly with clients, subcontractors, and our Project Manager to keep projects on track.
- Plan, read blueprints, and manage project schedules using our Contractor Foreman software.
- Handle material ordering, delivery coordination, and equipment upkeep.
- Maintain detailed daily logs and provide progress reports.
- Mentor crew members, conduct reviews, and encourage skill development.
- Deliver quality craftsmanship and ensure every client ends the project with a smile.
