What are the responsibilities and job description for the PIPE & PRECAST DISPATCHER position at Premier Concrete Products, Inc.?
Location: Denham Springs, LA
Premier Concrete Products (PCP) is seeking to hire a dedicated and reliable Pipe & Precast Dispatcher. In this role, you would assist the team by dispatching loads of material that is ready to ship to jobsites by coordinating with freight brokers and outside carriers. There are many moving parts to this position and it will require learning the product that is being shipped out. You will be responsible for not only the coordination of pickups and deliveries, but also the tracking of loads and customer communications.
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must be able to work 7am-4pm, Monday-Friday
-Previous experience is preferred but not required
-Must be coachable and willing to learn new tasks
-Must be able to multitask and stay organized
-Time Management Skills
-Must be able to review paperwork to identify and correct errors
Pay is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview.
