We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanic to join our dynamic industrial maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment within a manufacturing facility. Your expertise will ensure optimal operational efficiency, safety, and reliability of machinery and systems. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
- Troubleshoot complex machinery issues using schematics, electrical blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
- Conduct electrical diagnostics utilizing tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to identify faults in electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage circuits.
- Repair and replace mechanical parts using welding ( welding), precision measuring instruments, and other specialized tools.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC/R systems, scissor lifts, and other industrial equipment.
- Collaborate with field service teams to ensure timely equipment repair and customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities or industrial environments as a mechanic or maintenance technician.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting, and industrial electrician practices.
- Hands-on experience with schematics reading, electrical blueprint interpretation, and engineering troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters effectively.
- Skilled in welding techniques ( welding preferred) with a focus on safety and quality standards.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting.
- Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC/R systems, high voltage systems, and low voltage electrical systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly in English.
- Valid certifications in electrical diagnostics, equipment troubleshooting, HVAC/R maintenance, or related fields are highly desirable.

Pay: $27.29 - $32.86 per hour
