Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baltimore, MD for Concrete Foreman, Carpenters, Operators & Finishers. The responsibilities include overseeing and managing concrete foundation, wall, slab, and sitework, ensuring quality workmanship, and coordinating with team members and clients. Daily tasks involve formwork, operating heavy equipment, working with ready-mix concrete, carpentry tasks, and ensuring project timelines are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in Formwork, Flatwork, and cast in place concrete.
- Proficiency in operating Heavy Equipment and managing site work
- Skilled in Carpentry for concrete projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with various teams
- Prior experience in concrete contracting and management is a plus
- Relevant certifications and training are advantageous
