Decorative Concrete Laborer

Premier Concrete Construction, LLC is looking for highly motivated and dependable Concrete Laborers for our Decorative Division... Prior experience is NOT required However, someone that has also worked within Construction or Carpentry could easily transfer those skills into this role

PLEASE READ: Daily traveling and possible Stay Aways during the week within surrounding states will be required There's a daily incentive pay per day/night during the Stay Away. Shop is located in Sharon, NH. You'll meet the crew at the shop and ride in a company truck to the job sites.

Job overview:

• Seeking a detail oriented individual to work as part of an architectural/decorative concrete team on mostly commercial/industrial and some high-end residential projects
• Experience working with epoxy and/or polyaspartic coating is a plus
• Experience using a floor polisher is a plus
• Highly desirable qualities include attention to detail
• Ability to communicate verbally and in electronic written form to ensure all details are conveyed and understood with good time management skills
• Candidate should have the ability to work through tasks and projects with an eye towards the completed outcome
• This is a physical and sometimes difficult industry/job. Qualifications:

• Ability to work as part of a team- this is our #1 hiring requirement
• Must be dependable- showing up when scheduled and on time is necessary
• Willingness and ability to learn and progress while taking direction
• Driver's license and/or reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Prior employer references
• Able to pass background check
