What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner position at Premier Concierge Pediatrics?
Premier Concierge Pediatrics is a membership-based pediatric practice that provides personalized care in patients’ homes throughout the Orlando area. Our concierge model allows providers to practice with smaller patient panels, longer visits, and stronger relationships with families.
By eliminating crowded waiting rooms and high patient volume, our clinicians can focus on thoughtful, relationship-centered pediatric care while maintaining a flexible schedule.
We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner with pediatric experience to join our growing mobile pediatrics team.
This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful patient relationships.
Providers travel to patients’ homes for scheduled visits within geographically clustered regions to minimize driving.
- Part-time: 1–2 days per week
- Typical clinic days: Monday and/or Tuesday (based on patient demand)
- 3–5 home visits per day
- Every other weekend phone coverage
- Phone triage only
- No in-person visits required
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care in the home setting
- Conduct well-child visits, sick visits, and newborn care
- Document visits using Hint Health EMR
- Communicate with families via phone or text when clinically appropriate
- Participate in shared weekend phone coverage
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Florida (PNP or FNP)
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred
- DEA license or ability to obtain
- Comfortable practicing independently in a mobile setting
- Reliable transportation for home visits
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Home-based pediatric visits across the Greater Orlando area
- Visits scheduled geographically to reduce driving time
- Low daily patient volume (3–5 visits/day)
Supplies provided for point-of-care testing, including:
- Strep testing
- Flu testing
- PCR viral testing kits
Providers supply personal clinical tools (stethoscope, otoscope, BP cuff, etc.).
