What You’ll Do

• Deliver primary women’s health services, wellness exams, contraception management, prenatal & postnatal care, chronic disease support
• Build trusting relationships and maintain continuity of care
• Partner closely with physicians, nursing, and behavioral health to treat the whole person
• Promote woman centered education in prevention, health management, and self-advocacy
• Help improve care delivery through Quality Improvement initiatives
• Mentor others and contribute to a positive clinical culture
• Participate in after-hours call rotation (minimal)

Qualifications:

✅ Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a clinical specialty area of womens Health.

✅ Current APRN license in Florida.

✅ Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) License strongly preferred or ability to obtain.

✅ Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

✅ Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.

✅ Obtain and maintain Epic certification/ annual compliance training throughout employment.

• Ability to lift 20 lbs. regularly and 30 lbs.-50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.

• May be exposed to contagious/infectious diseases.
• Ability to travel between PCHG sites to provide coverage, if necessary.
